Common Car Audio Problems and Solutions Tips for Beginners

 If your speakers produce a crackling and popping sound, chances are that the amplifier is too powerful for your speakers to handle such power levels. It is advisable to try connecting the speakers directly to the head unit in absence of the amplifier. If the crackling persists, they are probably blown and therefore call for repair or replacement. If the crackling subsides, then you will need to upgrade to more powerful speakers.

There is the production of sound but no bass
